Product Introduction: VertexSeal Flash is a high-performance, lead-free flashing
solution designed for professional roofing applications. Engineered with a durable, UV-
resistant Polyisobutylene (PIB) surface and an integrated aluminum mesh core, it is
exceptionally flexible and easy to shape. It provides a permanent, watertight seal,
offering a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional lead flashing.

Installation Guide
1. PREPARE: Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil or grease.
2. CUT: Cut the flashing to the required length and width.
3. SHAPE: Mold the flashing to the profile of the roof. Use your hands or a roller for
a snug fit.
4. ADHERE: Peel back the release liner. Press the flashing down firmly from the
center outwards to eliminate air pockets and ensure a complete seal.

Storage
 Store flat in original packaging in a cool, dry place.
 Keep away from direct sunlight or other heat sources.
Precautions
 For best results, apply in temperature environments between 41°F to 104°F.
 A primer may be required for porous surfaces like concrete or masonry.
