Product Introduction
INSTA-SEAL Tape fuses a tear-resistant black polymer film with a thermo-activated adhesive core for instant, waterproof repairs on wet and dry surfaces. Engineered for extreme durability and UV resistance.
Size: 4 inches × 16 feet per roll
Advantages: Bonds in 30 seconds; outperforms standard tapes with 500% stretch capacity, tolerance between -40°F to 248°F and is guaranteed to be weatherproof for 10 years.

Storage Instructions
Environment: Store in cool, dry place (50°F–86°F). Avoid direct sun or temperatures above 110°F.
Handling: Keep rolls flat; maximum stacks of 5.
Shelf Life: 24 months in sealed packaging.

🛠️ Installation Guide
Clean → Cut → Press → Hold
Preparation: Wipe surface dry. Remove grease, dust or silicone residues.
Apply
Cut tape larger than the damage. Peel backing, align over leak.
Press center → edges within 15 seconds (adhesive sets fast).
Seal
Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds (use roller for full bond).
Avoid repositioning – adhesion is instant.

Critical Precautions
Surface Limits: Not for textured pipes, woven hoses or oily/dirty substrates.
Temperature Limits: Apply only in environments between 23°F–122°F.
Safety: Wear gloves and clean adhesive residue with alcohol pre-cure.
