Applications
Ideal for Sealing
Window & Door Perimeters: Creates watertight bonds between frames and walls.
Critical Joints: Corner seals, Z-flashings and sill pans.
Substrates: Bonds to wood, metal, PVC, concrete and treated SIPs/OSB.

Storage Instructions
Temperature: Store at 50°F–95°F. Avoid storing at temperatures greater than 110°F.
Handling: Keep rolls flat; ideally, should not stack more than five rolls on top of each other. Shield from direct sun or rain.
Shelf Life: 24 months, if kept in original packaging.

Installation Guide
Prep → Apply → Seal
Surface Prep: Clean and dry substrates. Remove any dust, oil or debris.
Tape Application:
Peel release liner and align tape over joints.
Press center-first, then outward to avoid bubbles.
Sealing:
Overlap tape ends by 4 feet.
Roll firmly with a J-roller for full adhesion.

Critical Precautions
 Weather Limits: Apply only when temperature is greater than 40°F and surfaces are dry.
 Incompatible Surfaces: Test adhesion on oil-treated wood or silicone-coated materials first.
 Safety: Wear gloves during handling; butyl residue requires special clean-up.
